Output and Report

The results are presented in an interactive HTML report where selected global and reference specific performance metrics can be explored. This report is stored in the report/ folder in the directory of LMAS’ execution. Detailed information on LMAS’ interactive report is available at Report section

An example of the resulting report is available at https://lmas-demo.herokuapp.com.

The output files of all assemblers and quality assessment processing scripts in the workflow are stored in the results/ folder, also in the directory of LMAS’ execution. Stand-alone HTML versions of the plots included in the report are also available in this folder.
